My Rain Bird system will not come on

My Rain Bird system will not come on

I tried to turn my spinklers on last night and it will not come on. The box is plugged in and I checked breakers, etc and I cannot get the box to turn the system on!

Is the water supply valve opened? Is there a rain detector in the system?
