Richdel 216 not working

I have a valve that is over 35 years old and was working a few moths ago. It is a Richdel 216 and you can hear the water flowing when the station is turned on but there is not enough pressure to pop up the sprinkler heads although you can see some water coming out. I replaced the solenoid and still the same thing. Any ideas and where to get the parts?

Replace the diaphragm assembly with an Irritrol part.
