Help, pipe frictional loss?

Dear all,

I am new here and got few questions on LPC sprinkler design when I changed job to building service.

For pressure and flow requirements for pre-calcuated OH system (table 6, P39), say OH3 wet, 1350 L/min at 1.4+Ps, does it include the pipe frictional loss from C-gauge to design point ?( ?( ? If need to add this loss, why not to mention?
Is 1.4 bar running pressure for array/sprinklers (4 numbers), right?

If for total pump head, it will be 1.4 bar+Ps+pipe frictonal loss (from C-gauge to design point)+static loss (from pump set to C-gauge)+pipe frictonal loss (from pump to C-gauge)??

Many thanks if help~~
