Stuck Rainbird Falcon heads

Stuck Rainbird Falcon heads

I am starting up a system that has been shut down for acouple of years and about 90% of the falcon heads don't rotate. Any thougths out there on how to clean them out and get them working again. I am digging them out and replacing them but would like to learn how to rehabilitate them.
