Orbit valve model 57626

I installed a brand new system with orbit above ground valves. They worked great for about two weeks and now they only come on sometimes. The sol. Hums and valves won't open. I have checked everything that orbit has asked but still they won't open. If I crack the Manuel valve then close it the valve runs fine. I replaced the sol. And the timer and still inop at times. Help

Unscrew the top of the valve. Flush it out. Clean the ports. Rotate the diaphragm some. Put the top back on. It should work now.
