Rainbird RC 1260 Bi slow operation

My Rainbird RC 1260 Bi takes about 16 to 18 hours to complete one cycle. Is this normal?

Consider a new controller, or look for someone selling old RC1260's they pulled from systems in order to install solid-state upgrades.
