Sprinklers shut down after 3-5 min.

I have sprinklers that just die down after 3-5 mins of use. I have great water pressure and volume at the pump. Is this a value issue or glogged pipes to the heads. I'm running of a ditch with a self cleaning filter, works great but now this problem this year. The heads just quit not slowly die down on all three zones.
