richdel model 446pr cannot set time with start keys

The controller display indicates "off" when attempting to set hours and minutes for start key 2a and 1b . Start key 1a works ok.

The keypad's probably worn out.
Try pressing harder and rock it back n forth.

You could try to reset the controller. Take out the back up battery and unplug the transformer. Wait 5 minutes and plug back in.

Still not working? It's time for a new controller.
