How do I find the model of my Hunter sprinkler?

How do I find the model of my Hunter sprinkler?

I have a Hunter sprinkler system it was here when I moved in. I have one head that is not rotating and after reading it seems that I need to replace the head. How do I find out the model number of my heads?

How do I find the model of my Hunter sprinkler

Thanks Wet Boots when I cleaned off the top of the sprinkler I found the model number right on top. Feel kinda dumb now thanks for the offer to help though
