Valve choice

Better valve choice for light comercial
Looking to replace slowly the old hardie valves that are not working property
This is an apartment complex, the irrigation System it has not working for about 5 years
Some sprinklers are leaking when the valve is off looks like replace the diafragm is not a good deal
Hunter pgv 101
Rain bird PGA
Irritol 205
Any other suggestions
