Rain Jet 4000

I am trying to turn on all the zones on my system manually. Zone 1-2 are fine however I can't get zone 3 or 4 to turn on. On the display it shows 3a or 4a when I go to turn them on. I have completely mislpaced my users guide and could use some help!
