Borit verse Borzit

Both of these company have the same product. The borit is a lot cheaper. Has anyone dealt with either of these companies? I am concern using my credit card over the internet for the borit tool. Borit has no physical address noted on their website.

Borit Manufacturing is the Original Manufacturer of the "Horizontal Earth Boring Tool". We redesigned our website for easier access to our product and distributors. The address was something that was overlooked on the initial redesign. The address is know on the website. We have been located at this same address for almost 30 years. Questions or suggestions?
