Need help with Watts RP assembly

Hi guys,
I had someone winterize my system last year and he said my Watts RP assembly was leaking and removed it.

I re-installed it just now, cause I have inherent lack of trust, and sure enough it is leaking from the bottom middle of the unit.

Can I just replace it? Anyone know a good place to get one or what a fair price is?
Unit number I could find is a:
Watts Reduced Pressure Assembly - 009M3QT - 3/4" in/out
