waht are these devices and are they necesary to have? what do they do?

A fertigator is a device that hooks up to your sprinkler system that injects a solution of liquid fertilizer in your sprinkler system to fertilize the plants that your system waters. You do not need them, but they are handy to have. Makes your yard look great!!
