poly pipe and saddles

I plan on using 11/4" poly pie 160 psi rating for my main line and 1" 160 psi for my laterals. I live in michigan. I can't find the 200psi poly pipe anywhere, which is what id like to use for my main line. Will the 160 psi pipe be find? Also how well do the saddle tees hold up against leakage etc. Thinking about using em since i have appox 70 spray and 24 rotors to install. It mite be too costly verses barbed tees.
Thanks for all replies

I can make a pretty strong arguement for using blazing saddles as well as regular saddles over barbed t's. As a matter of fact I alrady have. Just do a search in this forum and type in blazing saddles and you will find my posts. The big thing is the hose claps when using barbed and they add up. My only concern for you is I forget what size pipe blazing saddles work on.

Thanks,

Pete
