I had a similar issue last month. I installed a pump years ago in a man made lake and pumped from it to irrigate the common areas of a subdivision. The Landscaper called me and said there was no water coming out of the sprinkler heads (It must be the Pump). Of course, there were new flowers planted, and it was an emergency. After looking at the problem closer, What do you check? Is the Mainline in tact? I would turn on a valve on the system and if you know where the mainline runs, look for water where it should not be. This is just what happened to me, it may not solve your problem. Before the pump, It is an easier solution to repair mainline if that is the problem. If you don't know where the mainline runs, it would be helpful to learn that.
Thanks.
