What do you mean as the main line?? The mainline to the house or the system main line? Where are you located?

Sprinklers will not turn on

I went to turn on my sprinkler system this Spring, but sprinklers will not turn on in any zone. (It worked fine all of last summer.) The main water supply was not turned off. I have tried both programmed and manual cycles. The control panel will go through its' timed cycles, but the sprinklers will not turn on. The previous owners did not leave a manual- it is a Toro control panel. Any hints or help would be greatly appreciated.
