Try to reboot the controller. Power down. Remove any backup battery.

Hunter Pro-C Controller will not operate

My system is about 4 years old. I have had it off during the winter and when I tried to start it, the LED was not legible. I have tried to reset time and date, but the system will jump from time to date when using the arrow keys. The system will not operate manually either.
