I have a Raintree Rotor Spinkler Head, mode 2045a that will not move. The arm that should bounce off the spray is not doing so. I checked the head and it appears that there is still a spring attached but the arm just lays against the spray of water. Any idea of what is wrong or the adjustment I need to make?
