Nelson can be very confusing,I would replace it with a Hunter pro-c timer,rain sensor compatible with a bypass and remote control capabilities,also expandable to 12 plus zones. 1st check voltage at each valve,if you have 27 volts then your selenoid is bad,if not then you have a bad wire to valve. VINCE.........
It could be @ the Street Main meter to house or @ your foundation where the main goes in to home poke a shovel around these areas and when you hear a plastic hollow sound you found the valve box ,it also could be @ the sidewalk before it goes under to house basement or water heater area where your PRV is. it comes with a install guide . is it a wired or wireless unit ? open the clock top left is where you put the wires wgere it is labeled rs in two screw areas , but if you have wireless unit you have to put the yellow wires under the ac areas . nestor's.......

replace unit .use a hunter jar top.
use a hunter icc from a supplier.
