Spears. It has swivels on the 4 ports and a male nipple on the end.
How do I connect the 4 port manifold to a 3/4 inch valve (075-DV)? Can I use a reducing nipple on the inlet side? Also what is the correct way to connect the outlet side? Can I just use a standard reducing adapter (MiPT x Insert)or do I need to use some combination of the manifold fittings. BTW. I'm using 3/4" poly pipe. Thanks
Is ok to put a check valve outside the house? I live in the midwest with cold winters.
Thanks for the response. I've got a plumber coming tomorrow - I'll check it out with him too.
one change - called the plumbers that did my house the line from the meter to supply the house is 3/4 PEX
I measured the GPM at my house and got a low result of around 5.8 GPM. -city wayer -meter is 5/8. -supply line is 3/4 PVC (i think) -made sure all water was off -measured at outside hose bib -took 24.6 seconds to fill 2.38 gallon pail (9 liters) Any ideas whats up? Could the hose bib restrict the flow? Thanks dsc
