I purchased a home with a Hunter Pro-C controller which has never been wired up, dated 2005. I wired the controller and the first 3 zones work fine. Zones 4-6 do not work. If I switch the valve wires to zones 1-3 they work ok, indicating to me that the expansion module is not functioning. It also gets warm to the touch a few minutes after turning the controller on.
