Unfortunately a good portion of the trench just happens to run parallel with the sprinkler PVC and wires. Just to ensure this is a cut wire and not something else, I wanted to just turn on a zone manually. Shouldn't I be able to turn on a zone by turning the solenoid to the "On" position? (1/4 counterclockwise turn) I can complete unscrew the whole solenoid and the only water visible is a very slight trickle from the top of the valve. Hi Everybody! Is there a good troubleshooting guide available anywhere? Rainbird system - recently dug a 160 ft trench and there are one or more wires broken -none of the zones come on. Thanks, JT
