Hi, I am new here. I know that Bosch bought Nelson. My issue is that the clock for each zone does not count down so will not advance to the next zone. I have reset the system, and reset all data again. I tried the 3 minute test mode and it does the same thing --it won't advance. thanks in advance, Kelley
