Station run time

I have an old Toro Vision ll Plus Series controller and when I turn on any station run time I only get 7 or 8 Minutes . I can set the run time with the control knob to any minutes i chose but when i turn it on Manual it goes back to run time of only 7 or 8 minutes. Could someone tell me what my problem is.
