Boiler Drain on Well System

Hi,

I have a well water sprinkler system and recently discovered under a green cap on my lawn a faucet looking thing labeled "Boiler Drain". Water only comes out of it when the sprinklers are running. I was recently thinking of having a plumber come by and install an additional line from the well so I can use well water for things like power washing the house, etc, but now Im thinking, can I just hook the hose up to this boiler drain I just found and use that line for things like the power washer? Any reason why I can't do this? I guess I'd have to turn the sprinkerls on (?), but its well water so no big deal I guess.

Sure, use the outlet all you want.
