non NSF poly pipe ok?

How important is it to use NSF poly pipe? Menards has 1" 100 psi 'utility' pipe for a decent price but it's not NSF. This will be installed in a climate with very cold winters.

Also how big is a 1000' roll of 1" poly pipe. Would I need a trailer to pick it up?

Stick with the NSF stuff, and you have no regrets. Non-nsf is a crapshoot if you don't know who is manufacturing it, and the really trustworthy non-nsf is not all that cheap anyway.
