no spray

I just did my first attempt at a diy sprinkler install so keep in mind im a novice. Now that everythings in I went to test for leaks and the sprinkler heads pop up and barely spray, so I took off all the sprinkler heads and just let water run out to clear out possible dort and washed all the head and re installed them but still nothing more. Please any advice would help.

First thought is you over extended your water supply. What flow rate did you design your system for, and what is your water source capable of?
