One Sprinkler Line has little to no water Pressue?

How is it possible to have one sprinkler station have little to no water pressure, while the rest have normal pressure? It must be something unique to that one station or value line. When turned on manually only a trickle of water will come out of each sprinkler head. I can hear only a tiny bit of water passing through the sprinkler valve when I turn it on manually. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Bill

There's a good chance the valve needs a new diaphragm. What model valve is it?

Is the flow control closed all the way clockwise? If so open it.
