Toro Greenkeeper Controller

When we bought this house, the previous owner did not leave a manual for the controller. I have used Toro previously, so I "think" I know how to set the controller. I have set the controller to our desired settings, but when it cycles and finishes, rather than stopping, it continues and starts another cycle all over. I have tried it on both Manual and Automatic and I have the second and third programs shut off. Is there an obvious problem or am I doing something wrong?
