Valve leaking and help with identification

I'm trying to fix a leaky valve. I have removed the diaphragm and inspected it, looks fine. I reassembled with some silicone grease.

I noticed that it is actually leaking from the bottom - I have marked the leak with a red arrow in the attached picture.

How do I remove this piece? Does it just thread off? I don't want to break it.

Thanks again,

You need to remove the brass cover first. Then you can unthread the valve adapter/convertor and replace it in its entirety.
