First thing you do, is try to adjust the pressure switch to get constant running, and/or change nozzles in the rotor heads to bring system consumption in line with well performance. Change the pressure range to, say 46-65 or 50-70 psi, at the most, because the other components may not be rated for pressures above 75 psi.
Do these things first. It is almost always possible to bring a system and well into a state of cooperation.
