Irrotrol valve

I installed the dirty water 2500 valves in my yard because I had a well dug to water from. Some of the valves continue to stick on and will not unstick. I have flushed out the valves, however they will not unstick. Why will some not stick and others do and why can't I get these that are sticking to not stick. I have installed a filter on the well. Any help will be appreciated.

Exactly how dirty is this wateR? I would unscrew the bonnets and clean out the valve
thouroughly, not missing anything, because even a tiny bit of grass will hold a valve
half open or fully open

Good Luck
