One Zone Won't Work

I can turn zone 2 on at the valve, but when I try to turn it on from the Greenkeeper controller, it doesn't work. I hear water in the valve, but the sprinkler heads don't rise up from the ground! Where do I start?

There's obviously something wrong with the valve. What's the make and model number of the valve? Or make and type. Inline or asv.
If I can't fix it, it's broken!
