Adding a drip line

Hello I currenlty have a sprinkler system already installed at my home . My question I would like to add a drip line for shrubs and mulched areas. I currently have a extra valve not being used it's a toro ez flow 2600 valve . My second question is can I used this valve, and if not what else would I need for a drip line. My water pressure is only 42 psi comming in to my home Thank you

You need to add a fine mesh filter after the valve. Drip emmitters have very tiny pores that clog easily.
