One zone not working

The last zone of a Rain Bird 12 zone system stopped working recently. I replaced the solenoid and that didn't make any difference but I noticed that when I opened the bleeder screw on the valve the zone worked fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ?(

diaphragm

If the controller is activating the solenoid but the valve isn't coming on it's probably the diaphragm. Could be a clogged port or the flow control could be turned off.
