re setting timers

I have to recently turn off main power to house to fix my main sprinkler line goping into my tank, Now I am having an issue with the settings on my timer. I have the "OLD" Nelson SmartZone EZ, I have, so it seems the time and length of the sprinklers (6 cycles) to turn on and off. However only 3 cycles are functioning, then the 3 start over without the other 3 turning on. Any Suggestions?? Please help ?(
