You would need to quote the dimensions of the box you are looking at.

I know that I was able to SQUEEZE four valves in a standard water meter box, but to make them "serviceable", I used unions to make is simple to remove them... plus the unions had to be installed vertically (i.e. pipes come up from below, through a union, turn 90 to the valve, turn 90 back down through another union... and even then I had to use threaded street elbows to make is work... so if I ever had to replace a value I do not know if I could get the unions to line up again).
