Sunken Popups

I have several popups that have sunken 1-3 inches over the years. Normally I would dig them up and put some cut to length riser, but these are all entangled in root and it could be a long difficult battle to get to the bottom.

Are there any "risers" that I can attach on the top side at the head?

Cut off risers work well. You'll have to cut and paste this link in the address bar.
