Zone 4 runs whenever the main water valve is turned on

Hi - After turning the system on for the first time this year, zone 4 operates whenever the main water line to the system is pressurized even when the controller is turned off. I checked the diaphragm on the valve for damage but found none. I am not sure what else could be wrong. Thanks.

Maybe the solenoid is in the on position. Maybe the solenoid plunger is stuck open. Maybe the flow control is open too far. It could still be the diaphragm even without a hole in it. It might be old and stiff.
