Valve Fitting

I need to connect a 1" poly pipe to a 1" Hunter PGV Jar-Top Control Valve that has a slip fitting (non threaded). Can anyone suggest what type of fitting I should use to do this and where I can get it.

Thanks for your help,

Socket fitting. I can only find them at my local supplier, but that is about the only place I can find them. If your interested in them, shoot me an e-mail. Another way to do it would to be to stick a little section of PVC in the valve and connect a slip x female with a male x insert on it.

Exactly what RVLI said.....the most simplest way is what RVLI said........attach a short piece of PVC pipe, and a female adapter on the end. Screw in a 1" POly male adapter and attach the Poly, unless you can find a socket fitting.
