No pressure in any zone

I recently moved into a house that has an old irrigation system. The timer seems to work ok but there's not enough pressure in any of the 4 zones to make the sprinkler heads work. There is only a small flow of water that gets to the heads. Where do I start and what do I check for?

Now I know why

OK opened the valves and there's leaks everywhere, that could be a problem :cursing:
