Pump Problems

Hi, I replaced a old 1.5hp pump with a Simer 1.5hp pump. The sprinklers work fine however after a couple of days the discharge pipe comes right off, meaning that the threads are not broken at all just the pipe is out of shape, like it was heated. I replaced the piping and the same thing happened. Simer does not know why? Any help appreciated.

Maybe you should rework the plumbing so that nothing but metal pipe and/or fittings are directly attached to the pump.
