Can't shut off water source?

I need to turn off water to replace the valves & backflows for the 2 zones irrigation system. I was able to replace one zone near the Main Water Shut Off Valve. The other one still has water with pressure. Is that possible to have 2 Water Shut Off Valve but we look everywhere in & out of the house, no underground box, nothing? Can someone please help? Thanks.

You must shut off your water meter to replace your back flow assembly, unless your back flow assembly is plumbed in from your house , then you can shut off your house water to replace the back flow assembly.
