FUSE OUT

I have the KwikDial Sprinkler System by Irrigol, and it was flashing fuse for awhile, however, now it's completely out. It will not come on at all, and I'm not sure where the fuse is. I opened the box and all I found were connected wires. Since I no longer have my Owner's Manual I'm not sure what's what. I even tried google, but was unable to find what I was searching for. Can someone please advise on what I need to do. Any help is greatly appreciated.
