Flow rate

I have a 3 inch water meter with a 3 inch service line (type k copper) that runs into the building for about 30 ft. It then reduces down to 1.5" copper for 10 ft. They then tee'd off with 1" copper for 20 ft. The 1" is what is being used for the supply to the POC for design. I would assume that I use the flow rate of 1" copper at 7.5"/sec. roughly around 15 gpm. Would this be correct?

Using the Hunter tech handbook it looks like you'll be fine. They indicate closer to 16 but 15 would be a safer bet.
