sprinklers not popping up

The sprinklers in my yard are not all popping up and the one's that do have low pressure. I replaced the valves about 6 months ago (Lawn genie anti-syphon type). Interestingly, when I open up the bleed screw, they all pop up and the pressure is good. What do you recommend?

There's obviously something wrong with the valve. Normally what you've described is the diaphragm. I'm not so sure in this case because the valve is only 6 months old.
I would take the bonnet off and look for debris stuck in one of the ports. Take the solenoid off and remove the white plastic retainer thing and throw it away. It's the thing holding the solenoid plunger in place.
Reassemble and see what happens.
