One of my zones does not shut off

One of my zones when turned on by the control box, continues to run instead of shutting off when it's time runs out. Please help!

When I set the control box to off, this zone continues to run.

Is this the same valve as before?
Sounds like there might be debris keeping the valve open or... I'm thinking there's a problem with the diaphragm.
Do you know the make and model of the valve?
