wiring

need to know what the longest distance can be ran for 18 gauge. I plan on using a multistran of 18-7. My longest run is aprrox 650, then 500 and so on, down to 25 feet. Can I use 18 gauge? Please help. Thank you, Rick

According to this chart 18 gauge has a maximum distance of 1000 feet.

It wouldn't hurt to have a spare conductor or two in that cable, because the common could be carried on two of the 18 gauge conductors, if need be.
