Hunter PGP not rotating at all (6 head failures at once)

I am thinking something else is up here besides broken heads (like I am doing something else wrong) since seeing as this is >80% failure, all at the same time.

The heads pop up normally, they just don't move/rotate.

As far as troubleshooting, I've tried the following
  • rotating the heads one click to the right
  • adjusting the degree of rotation knob (the one with the +/-, not the house icon.
  • replacing two of the heads (which now work flawlessly
Any input on what might be wrong/how to fix?

You pretty much answered your own question. Once a PGP starts acting up like that, the only sure cure is to replace the head.
The gears inside wear out over time and the head wont turn.
